Password must be at least eight characters in length.
Password must contain English uppercase (A-Z) and lowercase (a-z) letters.
Password must contain a number (0-9) or non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %).
Password cannot be the same as the previous 5 passwords used.
Password cannot contain more than two consecutive characters of the user’s account name or user’s full name.
